Mr. Gabi Seligsohn was appointed as Nova’s President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Having joined the company in 1998, Mr. Seligsohn has served in several key positions in the company including Executive Vice President, Global Business Management Group and President of Nova's US Subsidiary, Nova Inc.

Previous to that, Mr. Seligsohn was Vice President Strategic Business Development at Nova Inc., where he established Nova's OEM group managing the Applied Materials and Lam Research accounts, and global strategic account manager for the Company's five leading customers. Mr. Seligsohn joined Nova after serving as a Sales Manager for key financial accounts at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Seligsohn holds an LLB from the University of Reading in England. He was voted CEO of the year for the Israeli Hi-Tech industry by the Israeli management institute in 2010. Mr. Seligsohn was also recently ranked third in a survey covering Israel’s 100 largest publicly traded companies conducted by Israel’s leading financial daily newspaper amongst 120 financial institutions.

Mr. Dror David was appointed as Nova’s Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Mr. David joined Nova in April 1998, as the Company’s Controller, and since then served in various financial and operational positions, including the position of Vice President of Resources, in which he was responsible for the finance, operations, information systems and human resources functions of the Company. Mr. David played a key role in the Company’s initial public offering on NASDAQ in 2000. He led the Company’s private placement in 2007 and secondary public offering in 2010. Prior to joining Nova, Mr. David spent five years in public accounting with Delloitte Touch in Tel Aviv, specializing in industrial high-tech companies. Mr. David is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel, holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University, and an M.B.A. from Derby University of Britain.

Mr. Eitan Oppenhaim was appointed as Nova’s Executive Vice President, Global Business Group, in 2010. In this role Mr. Oppenhaim is responsible for the global business, sales, marketing and application activities. He joined Nova after serving in executive business positions of Israeli companies in the Telecom and Electronic markets.Prior to joining Nova, Mr. Oppenhaim served as Vice President and Europe General Manager in Alvarion, where he was responsible for managing the overall sales and operations activities in Europe.

Previously he served as Vice President in Orbotech and various executive sales and marketing roles in Comverse. Mr. Oppenhaim holds a BA in Economics and MBA from Beer-Sheba University.

Shay Wolfling joined Nova in 2011 as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Nova, Dr. Wolfling was an R&D manager at KLA-Tencor-Belgium (formerly ICOS Vision Systems, a publicly traded company acquired by KLA in 2008), where he led multidisciplinary metrology & inspection development projects.

Previously Dr. Wolfling was a founder and VP R&D of Nano-Or-Technologies, a start-up company with a proprietary technology for 3D optical measurements, which was acquired by ICOS Vision Systems in 2005. He took Nano-Or from the idea stage to initial product sales. Prior to founding Nano-Or, Shay was a project manager in Y-beam, a start-up offering laser-based skin treatments.

Shay has authored several patents in the field of optical measurements. He holds a B.Sc. in physics and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a M.Sc in physics from Tel-Aviv University, and a PhD in physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Gabi Sharon was appointed as Nova’s Vice President of Operations in 2006. In this role Mr. Sharon is responsible for Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, IT and Infrastructures activities. He established Nova's worldwide Customer Support organization and previously led the development of NovaScan 3090/Next product line, its successful market launch and initial penetration of the Copper CMP market.

Prior to joining Nova, Mr. Sharon served as the Marketing Project Manager in ECI Telecom, where he was responsible for implementing backbone telecommunication networks projects in several countries across Asia.

Mr. Sharon holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston US and M.Sc. in Technology Management from Polytechnic University in New York.

Mr. Michael Rybski joined Nova in 2011 and brings over 15 years of experience in development and management of complex solutions in the semiconductor industry. He has successfully led the development of new products from concept to market launch. Prior to joining Nova, Mr. Rybski served as project manager in R&D at Hp-Scitex, a large format digital printing company. Prior to that, he served as HW platform manager, project manager and as director of product development, leading the development of new products at Negevtech. Previously Mr. Rybski held different managerial positions in R&D at Applied Materials Israel, where he worked on a SEM based Automatic Review system.

He holds a BSc. and an MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion.

Mr. Dov Farkash was appointed as Nova’s Vice President of Business Development in September 2009. Having joined the company in 2000, Mr. Farkash served in several key business management positions including Vice President Sales, where he led Nova’s penetration into the Optical CD Stand Alone market as well as the penetration into BEOL Cu Process Control. Previous to that Mr. Farkash was Global Strategic Account Manager for the Company's leading customers. Mr. Farkash joined Nova after serving as Sales and Marketing Manager of AFCON Control and Automation Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Farkash served in various key managerial positions in software development, at AFCON Ltd. and YAM Ltd.

Mr. Farkash holds a B.Sc. in Computers Engineering and an MBA from the Technion.

Mr. Erez Sali joined Nova in 2012, as the Company’s VP of Strategic Software Development. In this role, Mr. Sali is responsible for Nova’s Optical CD software and its computation platform as well as additional software products that the company is developing.

Previously, Mr. Sali served as the director of research at PrimeSense, an Israeli startup that developed the Kinect 3D sensor for Microsoft XBOX, where he oversaw the development of electro-optics and algorithms. Prior to that, Mr. Sali served as VP R&D at Topspin medical, as the director of product development at Negevtech and as R&D manager for the Assembly division at Orbotech.

Erez has over a dozen issued patents under his name and many patent applications as well as several scientific publications.

Erez holds a B.Sc. in mathematics, physics and computer science from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem, an M.Sc. in computer science from Tel-Aviv university and a Ph.D. in computer science from the Weizmann institute in Rehovot.

Ms. Hila Mukevisuis joined Nova in 2008 as the company’s Vice President of Human Resources and leads the human resources department since then. Ms. Mukevisuis is a skilled HR expert, with vast experience in creating, structuring, developing and managing HR strategy and HR teams in global organizations. She has led the HR activities in the processes of acquisitions, mergers & organizational changes.

Prior to Nova, Ms. Mukevisuis held several positions as HR Director of large scale global groups at Amdocs, a market leader in customer experience systems innovations.

Ms. Mukevisuis holds a BA in behavioral science, specializing in organization development and MA in Diplomacy and Security from the Tel Aviv University.
